Suzanne is Registered Nurse, ACE Gold Certified Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Personal Trainer, Schwinn Certified Instructor, and an I.D.E.A. member.

Suzanne has taught group fitness since 1979. She has enjoyed working with general populations, special populations, and elite athletes in the Seattle area since 1994. A ten year member of American College of Sports Medicine, Suzanne transitioned her personal training work exclusively to oncology patients subsequent to her own personal experience with breast cancer.

Suzanne was a member of the winning Danskin Triathlon team "Carpe Mammae."∗ Her therapeutic training approach is an artistic blend of her Nursing Degree, experience in the fitness industry, her experience as an oncology patient, and years as a competitive athlete. Suzanne, her husband and daughter relocated to Sun Valley in 1999, exchanging lush Puget Sound scenery for the majesty of mountain views. In her off-hours, Suzanne enjoys skate skiing, alpine skiing, hiking, swimming and offering volunteer time to Expedition Inspiration as well as the SVSS Music Conservatory.
