Brenda is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, and Certified Yoga Instructor. She additionally holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Sports Nutrition. Brenda has been in the fitness industry for 20 years yet maintains the energy and enthusiasm she had early in her career. Her extensive background includes several years in club management and program development. Throughout Brenda's many roles her constant passion has been teaching group exercise, personal training, yoga, and helping her clients understand the importance of the nutritional component in their routine.
Brenda states that she still has the energy and enthusiasm she had as a young leotard and leg warmer wearing 20 year old, but with much more wisdom for the safety and programming aspects of exercise. Brenda welcomes the opportunity to step down from the stresses of management and enjoy the simple pleasures of teaching.
