Guest Policies & Procedures

• Guests must present a valid photo ID upon entering the club.
• Guests will not be allowed into the club without a photo ID.
• All guests under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian sign the waiver/release prior to entering the club.
• Guests must complete the waiver/release form before entering the club. Copies are also available at the front desk.
• Members may bring a maximum of six guests in per club visit.
• Zenergy members receive complimentary guest passes as part of their membership.
• All active adult Health members receive 8 guest passes annually, which renew on your membership anniversary date.
• All active adult Tennis members receive 12 guest passes annually, which renew on your anniversary date.
• After you have used up your complimentary guest passes, you are allowed to bring additional guests at a fee of $30 per day.
• Any guest under the age of 15 years old is eligible for a $10 daily guest pass.
• Guests under the age of 15 MUST be accompanied by an active member.
• Individuals are only allowed to be a guest at Zenergy 8 times per calendar year.
• Even if an individual is a guest of multiple members, they are still capped at a total of 8 visits per calendar year.

All guests (children and adults) must present a signed waiver to enter. Waivers are available at the Zenergy front desk.
If your child will be visiting the club with another adult, please print, read, and sign the waiver and send it in with your child.
