A Seattle native, Heidi is a graduate of the Brenneke School of Massage where she completed 1000 hours of intensive schooling in various healing modalities such as Swedish massage, sports massage, trigger point/tender point, deep tissue, myofascial release, upper body lymphatic massage, hydrotherapy, cross-fiber friction, and postural analysis. A graduate of the University of Washington, (BS , Zoology), Heidi recently provided sports massage at the University Athletic Training Facility.

Heidi loves outdoor activities including water and alpine skiing, mountain biking, hiking, running, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing.
