Carrie feels that Squash is an incredibly fun and rewarding sport, one requiring top-notch fitness and flexibility, not to mention great reflexes. Carrie trains consistently across multiple disciplines to avoid injury on the court, but also to improve squash strokes and her overall strength. Above all, she likes to focus on keeping workouts fresh and interesting.
